Broken Image / Missing Logo on Thank You Page


Question

After my customer completes a purchase and they see the Thank You page, there is a broken image at the top. How can I fix that?

Answer

The Thank You page pulls the logo from the campaign or funnel campaign that the customer purchased from. If the customer added items to their cart from multiple campaigns, it pulls the logo from the last campaign that the customer added an item to their cart from.



To fix this

1) Edit the Campaign

2) Go to the Page Styling Section



3) Upload a logo



4) Save the Campaign by clicking the Update button
