Editing And Re-Sending Orders

If something goes wrong with an order, you may need to edit or re-send it to PrintTech.



1. Click on T-REX

2. Click on Order Report

3. Click on the invoice number of the order you'd like to edit

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Action icon

5. Optional: Update shipping information, image, etc. and click the Update button to save changes. 

6. Change the Notify Status from "CSV Sent" to "Order Queued"

7. Click the Update button to save changes
